NHS is also excited to partner with ADP to provide our employees a single, fully integrated technology platform that can efficiently automate and manage the entire employee lifecycle - from applicant to retiree.

Over the years, NHS has experienced significant growth through mergers and acquisitions. Each company brought their own business processes and policies making NHS's HR and Payroll business practices administratively cumbersome. With ADP's industry leading applicant management, payroll processing, talent management, learning management, human resource and health and welfare solutions, the ADP platform will efficiently automate and give managers and employees a self service tool to manage all employee transactions. This expanded partnership with ADP will allow NHS to focus on its key strategic business objectives.

NHS has partnered with ADP this past year assessing our current processes, developing new standard operating procedures for future state, and developing training plans on the new solutions, with an anticipated launch of the system in January 2014.
