The 32nd Annual Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix (PVGP) presented by the Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Foundation benefitted the NHS Allegheny Valley School during Race Weekend,July 19-20. This 10 day festival of events held at Schenley Park included car shows, parades, a gala, concerts, vintage races, and more. The Saturday Media Challenge was coordinated by NHS Human Services Foundation Board Member Timyka Artist. Timyka, representing WPXI, along with KDKA’s Brenda Waters and WTAE’s Marcie Cipriani had a friendly “race” in their professionally driven Mini race cars to encourage their news colleagues to become involved in the Grand Prix and help spread the word about this amazing event. The event benefits NHS Allegheny Valley School and the Autism Society of Pittsburgh.
