NHS New York Featured in Toys R Us Commercial
More than 40 children from NHS programs in Orange County, NY participated in a Toys R Us commercial that was shown nationwide during the 2013 holiday season. Toys R Us selected children from NHS, and other human service providers, to help families in New York have a happy holiday. The commercial features children traveling in a school bus to a Toys R Us store to pick out a favorite toy. Children were completely unaware that they were going to Toys R Us, so cameras captured looks of surprise and excitement as they arrived at the store.
