Creating Hope - On-site Primary Care Offices
On-site primary care offices have been set up in three of NHS Eastern Region Outpatient Centers: NHS Delaware County, NHS Montgomery County and NHS Philadelphia. With these renovations, NHS is providing highly coordinated primary and behavioral healthcare at NHS Delaware County, and similar services will begin in the fall of 2014 at NHS Montgomery County and NHS Philadelphia. The response at the Delaware site has been exceedingly positive as noted in the surveys of participating members whose comments have included:The staff is very caring and listened to my concerns
